You are not satisfied with your product? You can return it within 14 days of receipt via this form. After submitting the form you have 14 days to send your product back to us. Is your product defective after 14 days? We will be pleased to help you with the repair. Read the terms here.
To return a product:
- fill out the registration form and click on send.
- Use the original packaging to the product to pack. If you do not have that anymore, you may ship the product in different packaging.
- make a label with the return address. Bring the package to a post office or shipping point near you. (Save the shipping evidence)
- As soon as we have received the package, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
- When we have received your product in original condition & complete, we will deposit a full refund as quickly as possible, but not later then 14 days after receiving your product, into your account.
For consumers it is possible to submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint is not submitted elsewhere you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.
