Smoked Garlic

Smoked garlic with the Smokekid.

Take two garlic bulbs and shell them.
Put them in a ziplock-bag, fill in the Smokekid with oak or beech Smokechips.
Light the Smokekid and smoke for approx 10 seconds.
lock the bag and allow the smoke to settle on the garlic.

Delicious in Mediterranean food!

Cut into slices on pizza, kefta, with couscous and chicken in the Tagine or combine a leg of Lamb with the smoked garlic slices.
