Terms of delivery and warranty. 

Article 1. Offers and Agreements.

1.1. Information, graphics, communications, writing, verbally, by telephone or via e-mail, etc. regarding all offers and the main characteristics of the products are done as accurately as possible. 

Article 2. Guarantee and Liability.

2.1. Our products are manufactured with the utmost care. If a device nevertheless has a defect, please return it to the customer care. Before sending your device for repair, we recommend that you carefully read the instructions and contact customer service.

2.2.You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us on service@www.smokekid.nl. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.

2.3.From the purchase date Smokekid grants legal warranty on materials and proper functioning of the unit. To use the warranty, you must submit the receipt. This warranty excludes damage resulting from: 
• Falling or bumping
• Incorrect treatment, not in accordance with the instructions
• Repairs carried out by unauthorized persons
• Insufficient maintenance or cleaning
• Connection to a different voltage than indicated
• External events (fire, flood etc.)
• Professional use
• Smokekid is not responsible for the consequences of the use of wood chips supplied by other suppliers or use of products other than for which it is intended.
• Smokekid is not liable for damage caused by misuse, negligence (not placing the filter) or self-inflicted.

2.4. Smokekid can replace or repair the defective equipment or parts.

2.5. Application of guarantee may under no circumstances claim compensation. Application of the guarantee does not extend the warranty period. 

The cost of transporting the equipment to the customer service is the owner’s expense.

Article 3. Applicable Law.

3.1. On all offers, agreements and including these Terms and Conditions, European law applies.

3.2. We encourage you to notify us of any complaints by sending an email to service@www.smokekid.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is for EU consumers possible to submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

3.3. All disputes between parties will be submitted to the court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
